The Inner Life of a Leader – Explore how a leader with a clear sense of identity and purpose can effectively lead others.

Structural Leadership – Examine how organizational leadership includes the use of effective processes to manage performance and provide useful management tools to accomplish goals.

Communicating with Purpose – Whether conveying meaning, influencing others to follow, or simply sharing facts, we teach leaders to become experts in communication.

Leadership Integrity and Follow-Through – Instruct leaders how a leader’s core is the ability to make and keep commitments.

Acting like an Owner, not an Employee – Demonstrate when leaders act with an ownership mentality, their team will more easily follow, taking more personal responsibility for their roles and department.

Relationship Management In this module, we dive deeper into the concept and importance of relationships in the leadership context to reinforce the importance of relationships and the power of leadership.

Mark Morales is currently a Leadership/ Corporate Trainer for Developing Leaders. Mark trains individuals in Leadership, Communication, Creative Problem Solving, Team Building, Project Management and other valuable skills necessary for organizations to remain successful and competitive. He is also a Professor at the University of La Verne in the College of Management and Public Administration. After 20 years as a successful Information Technology Manager, Project Manager and Management Consultant Mark dedicated himself to his life’s purpose: To help individuals, leaders, and organizations reach their maximum potential.
