Student outcomes

Students will work on real projects as part of this Workshop. Ideally, the students will choose projects associated with their employer.  The focus of these projects will be to improve a process within the student’s organization.

As a result of this workshop, participants will gain experience “fixing” processes.  In many cases, the ROI of the improved process will pay for the cost of the course.  Our goal at INTECH is to create a cadre of LSSGB problem solvers at our clients.

Recommended prior knowledge (if any)

Ideally participants will be computer-literate with a working familiarity with Zoom, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
