Organizations that can effectively manage projects have a competitive advantage over those organizations that cannot manage projects effectively. Effective project management allows organizations to be nimble and to make dramatic changes in the face of a rapidly changing operating environment. With the outbreak of COVID, organizations are facing major changes in how projects are defined, planned, and executed.
In this course, participants will learn how to define, plan, monitor, control and execute projects in the COVID environment. The emphasis will be on providing practical methods for executing projects in an era of high uncertainty. Participants will have the chance to apply these practical methods to real projects. Most participants choose to work on projects that will improve their organizations thereby providing a readymade ROI for attending the program.
