Paid Internships

Chaffey College InTech Center has received funding through grants to provide paid internships to students who successfully complete training programs offered through InTech. InTech works with the Foundation for California Community Colleges to serve as the employer of record.

Students who are placed at companies are paid the company’s entry-level wage (typically between $20-$22/hour for 72-240 hours.

Employer of Record – Foundation for California Community Colleges (FCCC)

The Foundation has been supporting student jobs since 1998 through their Career Catalyst service—a suite of services for organizations who are seeking to offer paid work experience / internships. During such internships, FCCC assumes liability, performs all necessary human resource functions, and ensures individuals are compensated for their work at the employer site.
