Industrial Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation
You will receive classroom and hands-on instruction in Industrial Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation (IME&I) and Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) training that is designed to meet entry-level requirements for career opportunities. Upon successful completion of this training, you will have knowledge in: Applied Math, Communication Skills, Industrial Electronics, Pumps and Valves, Blueprint Reading and Materials Handling. Training will also include tutoring, job coaching and job placement assistance. Training is FREE for qualified applicants and a guaranteed interview with Industry Representatives upon completion of the program.
Certifications Include: CAL-OSHA (30hr), NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research), EPA 410 and EPA Universal
Electrical Level II
You will receive 80 hours of electrical instruction and hands-on training. Upon successful completion of this training, you will have knowledge in: Basic electricity, Ohms Law, Meters and Test Instruments, Basic Print Reading, Direct Current Motors/Generators, Alternating Current, Intro to National Electrical Code, and Basic Motor Controls. Training will also include tutoring, job coaching and job placement assistance. Training is FREE for qualified applicants and a guaranteed interview with Industry Representatives upon completion of the program.
Certifications Include: NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research)
Introduction to CADD
You will receive 170 hours of hands-on training to help you build workforce skills in the machining craft. Computer Aided Design and Drafting is a computer-aided technology used in a number of engineering functions. Automated processes don’t replace human workers; in fact, highly trained people are needed more than ever to operate the complex machinery with constantly evolving technology. A CADD/CAM integrated system uses computer software to both design products and control the manufacturing process with automated tools, such as lathes and milling machines. Training is FREE for qualified applicants and a guaranteed interview with Industry Representatives upon completion of the program.
