Do you need additional training?
The Industrial Technical Learning Center (InTech) is focused on delivering skilled workers who can quickly fill jobs and be productive. Programs and coursework are focused on existing and emerging skill sets where competence and industry recognized certifications are desirable or required.
Our career professionals and industry experts stay current with job and trade demand in the Inland Empire specifically, as well as the Southern California inland region, so programs can be better coordinated with industry demands and students can be assured of an education and skills that match job openings.
The curriculum includes lecture and hands-on coursework in a variety of areas. Trainings vary in length and are typically shorter than a traditional semester. They are designed to provide a rapid ramp-up allowing workers to complete certifications quickly.
A newly remodeled facility, located at California Steel Industries in Fontana, houses the administrative offices, training rooms, classrooms and workshops equipped with advanced manufacturing machinery.
Our partner institutions also offer training programs that can be mixed and matched in a coordinated effort to facilitate a broader depth of learning at training locations throughout the Inland Empire. This adds additional expertise and equipment labs for wider hands-on opportunities and deeper understanding of the workplace.
Some of the programming includes, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electrical, Automated Systems Maintenance, Machining and CNC Technology, Welding, HVAC Servicing, Quality
Assurance, and Cyber Security and much more.
To provide the best training possible to all students we are always looking for local employers to get involved. If you are interested in possibly providing site tours, internships, externships, becoming a guest speaker, finding out more information or to discuss developing a customized training program to fit your needs, please complete the interest form.
